2. LearnTech® Courseware: Lead-Free Soldering: Orientation

You and your organization are facing the transition to lead-free soldering. You need to understand how this will affect your job, your equipment, and your systems and procedures. At the same time, you recognize the dangers inherent in a silo approach. Rather, you need a cross-functional view of the impact across the organization.

Lead-Free Soldering: Orientation, the first course to result from the new Cookson-ALC-BEST partnership, addresses the global issues that cut across materials, processes, and markets. This course is designed to "point the way" for an orderly transition that has everyone on-board and the entire team oriented to solving the myriad of issues in a timely manner.
