Put your name on the list for Lead-Free Wave Soldering: Process, slated for release this fall. Your ESD training needs are not a "one size fits all" requirement. Factory floor personnel need to understand the fundamentals ESD issues and know how to control them in their workplace. Engineers and technicians often understand the fundamentals, but are not convinced that extra precautions are always warranted. Supervisors must understand special issues such as what to audit daily, monthly or quarterly as well as having a firm grasp on the basics. Field Service personnel face a very different environment from the factory floor and operate without direct supervision, so their ESD training needs are distinct. With five separate ESD courses. ALC offers the most comprehensive approach available for individualized certification training and testing via e-learning.
