New Release of ALC's Instructor Guide

Transfer of learning to real-world work performance is critical for training success. Supervised workplace application of learned skills is important not only for e-Learning courses but also for classroom-based programs. Expert instructors, supervisors, or coaches, who assist individuals and groups in applying learned concepts, procedures, and rules in the actual workplace, deliver enormous added value for a company.

Automated Learning® has just released a new version of their instructor guide. This guide provides information on how LearnTech® courses can be blended with other approaches to achieve both learning and on-the-job performance objectives. It discusses ways to blend e-Learning with hands-on coaching, classroom and workshop activities.

This new instructor guide also covers the widely referenced four level training evaluation model first introduced by Donald Kirkpatrick. It outlines the tools and approaches built in to ALC’s LearnTech® courses that provide for comprehensive training evaluation.
