Setup Process

• We ship you one or more install CDs with all necessary software and course files for installation on your server
• The "Server" can be any Window’s based computer or an existing Windows server

Server Software Install

• During the server install, you send a training “credits” request to us. This can be sent automatically via a Web form or manually if there is a security concern.
• We process the request and email a license code to you. You enter this information into the program and enable access to the training.

Client Software Install

The first time a student workstation accesses the software on the server, the client-side student player software is automatically installed across the network. This takes only a few seconds.

Database

• Installation works with MS Access (database supplied) or SQL Server if that is available on your system.
• SQL is preferable if it is available, as it is more robust for larger numbers of users.

On-line Web-based training is optimal where there are several remote corporate locations and users are “Web-savvy”.

Three Levels of Operation

1. Simple Hosted Solution for Small User Numbers
   • You email the names and email addresses of the trainees to us.
   
   
   • We email you and/or each of the trainees their Web Based Training login.
   
   
   • Upon receiving the login information, the trainee accesses the online training via web browser.
2. Hosted Solution for Larger Numbers
   • We set up a custom site for your trainees (small service fee applies).
   
   
   • You have direct administrative access to your site for registering students and querying results.
3. Customization
   • We customize the material for your requirements, and either host the site for you or package the material to AICC or SCORM requirements for hosting on your own Web servers.
